Aneesh Panikar
Co-Founder & Development Director
As a founder and co-owner of The Cape Goa and other hospitality ventures in South Goa, Aneesh has played a central role in developing, launching, and growing independent resorts, helping create one of the region’s most recognisable hospitality destinations.
Over more than fifteen years, his experience has spanned resort development, infrastructure planning, licensing, procurement, vendor management, and operational implementation across multiple projects.
As a co-founder of Hotel Growth Partners, Aneesh provides the development expertise and operational insight that help resort owners build strong foundations, improve performance, and grow with confidence while remaining focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Mark Oakley
Co-Founder & Commercial Director
Mark has over fifteen years of experience developing, operating, and growing independent resorts in Goa. His background spans resort development, revenue management, reservations, pricing strategy, digital marketing, distribution, and hospitality technology.
As a co-owner behind The Cape Goa and other hospitality ventures in South Goa, Mark has built and managed businesses firsthand, giving him a practical understanding of the challenges independent resort owners face and the systems required to support sustainable growth.
As a co-founder of Hotel Growth Partners, he helps resorts improve performance through stronger pricing, reservations management, marketing, and integrated commercial systems, allowing owners to remain focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Subodh Prabhan
Co-Founder & Operations Director
Subodh has spent many years working across the hospitality industry in Goa, building broad experience in resort management, guest relations, team leadership, and day-to-day operational execution.
His background spans resort operations, staff management, scheduling, construction projects, guest communication, and the practical coordination required to deliver consistently high standards across independent hospitality businesses in South Goa.
Having worked closely with owners, teams, and guests throughout his career, he understands the importance of strong people management, clear processes, and operational discipline in creating successful and sustainable resorts.
As a co-founder of Hotel Growth Partners, Subodh provides operational expertise and leadership that help resort owners strengthen their teams, improve processes, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting long-term business growth.
Denzil Fernandes
Operations Manager - Commercial Operations
Denzil has built his career across luxury hospitality and hotel technology, including roles with The Leela Goa, Alila Diwa Goa, and Yanolja Cloud (formerly eZee Technosys). His experience spans revenue management, reservations, distribution, and hospitality systems.
Having worked with thousands of hotel partners throughout Goa, Denzil combines practical operational knowledge with deep expertise in PMS platforms, OTA management, booking engines, pricing strategy, and commercial performance optimisation. His background bridges both independent resorts and internationally recognised hospitality brands.
At Hotel Growth Partners, Denzil leads the company’s commercial operations infrastructure, overseeing reservations systems, revenue management processes, onboarding, reporting, and the technology platforms that help independent resorts improve performance, increase bookings, and achieve sustainable growth.
Yola Carvalho
Marketing, Social Media & Brand Manager
Yola has built her career in marketing communications, brand strategy and digital marketing, with experience across hospitality, retail and agency environments. Her background includes developing integrated marketing campaigns, brand messaging, content strategies and social media initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
Having worked with hospitality businesses, consumer brands and marketing agencies, Yola combines creative thinking with a structured approach to brand development, content planning and audience engagement. Her experience spans social media management, influencer partnerships, marketing communications, campaign coordination and market research, helping businesses build stronger and more consistent brand identities.
At Hotel Growth Partners, Yola leads the company's marketing, social media and brand strategy, overseeing content planning, digital communications and brand development. She works closely with the wider team to ensure the company and its resort partners are presented professionally across websites, social media and marketing materials, helping attract new guests, build stronger brands and support long-term business growth.
